2. Description of Service

Text Rocket is a browser productivity tool that provides:

• Smart Text Snippets: Save and paste text using keyboard shortcuts (ALT+key or Backtick+key).
• Multi URL Opener: Open a list of URLs simultaneously in new browser tabs.
• Multi URL Copier: Copy all open tab URLs to your clipboard in one click.
• Web Dashboard: Manage snippets, projects, and account settings online.

3. Account Registration

To use Text Rocket, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. Each account is intended for use by a single individual.

You must verify your email address before you can log in. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Plans and Pricing

• Free Plan: Available at no cost with limited snippet and project capacity. No credit card required.
• Premium Plan ($2/month): Unlimited snippets, projects, and priority support. Billed monthly.
• Pro Lifetime ($99 one-time): All premium features with a single payment. No recurring charges.

Prices may be updated from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes in advance.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of the text snippets and content you create within Text Rocket. We do not claim any rights over your content. You are solely responsible for the content you store in our service.

You agree not to use Text Rocket to store, distribute, or paste content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or abuse the service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension or any part of our service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service without our written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

The Text Rocket name, logo, website design, extension code, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Text Rocket. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Text Rocket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or remain inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
